If you like classic lit, and you love fishing, than this book is for you. The first section is all about how they used to make the rod and what they used for line and hooks. Very interesting! The advice in the second section still holds up for today's fisherman. The reader stumbles over the language every now and then but it dosn't really detract from the joy of the book.
